Does anyone work out regularly and EP? I am SOO ready to loose this baby weight, but am super worried about my supply tanking...I joined weight watchers, and was doing well until my supply tanked. I built it back up to where it was as it is more important to me to feed DS, but I can't stand being this weight anymore! Any thoughts or tips? Does anyone know if the calorie count is any different for pumping vs. bfing? I pump as often as DS eats. TIA!

I don't EP but I would think the calorie intake would be the same. If you want to workout just start out slow. Maybe exercise every other day instead of everyday and review every few days to see how things are going.
You may lose weight just from exercising, but if you don't I wouldn't stress about it. As long as you are getting a little bit of exercise you are on the right track and getting your body back in shape. Once you stop pumping you'll still benefit from the exercise you were doing and I'm sure the weight loss will be much easier!
