I had mine last Feb, and I wore a green mat dress from Old Navy. Cotton, tied at the waist, came to my knees.
I would advise something longer, or wear tights with them. I felt very awkward facing lots of people while opening gifts. I had to struggle to keep my knees together with my belly in the way!

My family always has showers for second, third, ect baby. DH's does also. The second shower is alot less formal, alot less people (gparents.moms.aunts,very close friends) and alot less gifty. More of just a celebration of the upcomming birth. Anyways, I will just be wearing jeans and a casual cute top because it will be very informal.
Well, I bought two dresses...... But I think I will be wearing suit pants and a nice shirt each time. It's too cold and it was hard enough at my bridal showers with dresses. I can't imagine the baby showers.
