Is this a growth spurt?

My 2 week old (born at 36 weeks) is normally so sleepy that we have to force him awake every 3 hours to eat. He's not a very efficient eater either, so I pump after each feeding and DH supplements with a BM bottle. 

Last night, he decided he wanted to eat every hour and a half or so and he seemed to nurse well for about a half hour. Could this be a growth spurt? I know they happen 7-10 days, but since he was early, maybe this is his first? Should I continue to pump after each feeding still? It feels like my breasts are softening after the feedings, so maybe he's getting enough?

Sounds like it!  He's probably cluster feeding.  If you continue pumping, it will just help build your supply even more.
