I always freeze our leftovers, and thought I was grabbing a tupperware container of penne/sausage casserole (there are something like 8 in the deep freeze, it makes a ton) but instead I microwaved spanish rice. That's OK, the spanish rice is yummy, but I only had a couple of portions and I wanted to save them for the kids' dinner. Oh, well.

That sucks. On an unrelated note, your children are absolutely beautiful. Every time I open one of your posts I think they are some of the cutest kids I've ever seen...second only to mine of course
