When do you get nursing tanks/bras? My boobs haven't grown a bit since I've been pg, and so I've been able to continue wearing my normal bras. But when do you get nursing tanks or bras? After the baby is born? (Is there time then?) Having trouble figuring this one out. Advice?

I bought a few just before she was born. I went to Nordstrom and talked to one of their fit experts and we guesstimated the size I'd be. I got large nursing tanks at Target.
I wore target ones and they were great for the price. I brought them to the hospital and wore them with yoga pants. I also wore this for the next 3 months at home.
I bought some nursing tanks at Target this week. Can't beat the price. I had to get an XXL because I am so tall and my boobs are DDs right now. The tanks are a little loose in the boob area, but I am guessing I will grow into them when my milk comes in. I just wish they were longer.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I prefer the glamourmom basic tanks. The Target ones don't have anything in the middle to separate the girls......I was an E cup when my milk came in and leveled off to a C.....even at a C cup the Large tank from Target gives me uni-boob...I hate them!
I think the standard is in your last tri and get a cup size larger to accommodate your milk coming in. But only get a few since the size will likely change within a few months after your milk settles down.
Nursing tanks are super forgiving with size... get those whenever and don't worry about it.
ETA: I hate hate hate nursing tanks though. I still wore one in the early days because they're so darn easy. But I don't anymore and I hate them. They give you awful uniboob.
I have three tanks from Target ($16) and two tanks from Walmart.com (2/$20). I also have two bras from Walmart (in-store) for $11 each. They are all fine - I have enough laundry to do so I was looking for quantity and softness.

I hate nursing tanks...I can't get anything long enough.
Old Navy has some sleeveless things that are more like shirts and less like camis...I love those.
I live in my sleep style nursing bras from Motherhood.
I would get one, then wait and go get some when the baby is here and you know what you are dealing with.
While you will have your hands full with a baby, you can absolutely get out and about to buy what works for you.
