Just wondering how many naps and how long of a nap your lo takes. We really don't have one and it's fairly general- he sleeps sometime between 10-11 for an hour and then anywhere from 1-4 for 1-2 hours.
she doesnt really have one - just a routine. wake up, eat, play, after an hour or two of that, she starts getting fussy and goes back to sleep for an hour or two. then we repeat.
Ditto PP - we get about 10 hours of sleep at night, she wakes up and eats, goes down for a nap about 2 hours later, wakes up and eats, down 2 hours later, etc etc etc. Her naps are typically about 45 minutes, sometimes as long as an hour and a half.
She is like clockwork though... 2 hours of awake time and you can count on the eye rubbing to begin. We put her down at the first sign of sleepiness, eye rubs or yawns or disinterest in playing anymore.
Drew takes 3-4 naps a day. First nap about an hour after he wakes up (usually right around 8:30) and sleeps for about an hour. Second nap is a catnap (30 min or less) somewhere in the neighborhood of 11:30. Third nap stars around 1:30 and lasts until at least 4pm, some days even until 5:30. If his afternoon nap is shorter sometimes he'll do a catnap in the evenings. Asleep by 9pm and he sleeps until 7:30 the next day.
Yes he's that regular and no I didn't force it on him. I pay close attention to his cues (even took notes for a while at the beginning). He is a much happier baby when he gets regular sleep.
Re: what is your 3-4 month nap schedule?

nap on couch 10-11 (i bump)
watch ellen from 11-12, eat, play
nap in crib 1-3 (i bump and do housework)
3-6 play, eat
6-8 nap with mommy in bed
8-10 daddy comes home to play with dd
10pm nighty night , then up every 2-3 hours to eat
