Quick fix to massive Christmas overeating...
...the stomach flu. Ugh. Spent all day yesterday VERY sick and couldn't move out of bed. This is the first time I have ventured downstairs and I'm about to go back up and lay down. Lost 4 lbs. in a day and a half - yep, sick. At this rate my pregnancy weight gain is going to be nonexistent!
Hope everyone else is having a better day. Hopefully I will feel better next year, lol.
