Words of wisdom about EPO =) poss TMI!

So i am desperately trying to move this pregnancy along as I was just told that my cervix is high, posterior, firm and closed and that I prob won't spontaneously go into labor until 41-42 wks!  I called up a friend of mine who is a naturopath doc to ask about using EPO vaginally.  She said it can help to 'ripen' the cervix and that can move things along a bit.  She also warned, however, that when the gel cap dissolves, some of the oil can leak out so be careful with clothing/bedding etc.  Well, I didn't heed her warning and sure enough i woke up this am with a huge nasty oil stain on my PJ's and sheets despite having a pantyliner in place- and I CAN'T get them out!!!  I have tried everything!!

 So my advice, if you are going to use the EPO pills, sleep on a towel or use a full-on maxi-pad.

I wear very large maxi pads when I use my capusles, I learned the hard way too. Very messy!

I heard that sex works better than EPO, just do that instead and forget all the pills and junk.
