sore legs and feet

my legs and feet ache so bad.  Is there anything I can do for the pain, other than stretching?

You can take tylenol and see if that helps. Also, sitting with your feet elevated may help. GL!

Ugh.. I am right there with you. I look like a 90 year old woman trying to walk up and down the stairs! So far nothing has really helped me. GL and just know you are not alone!!
