Spending NYE with ILs

ILs offered to babysit a while ago.  I couldn't decide what I wanted to do this year for NY.  My friends in the city are having a party but with the weather and other facts I opted to pass on them.  My best friend is spending time with her family.  DH's best friend is on his honeymoon.  DH and I figured we'd spend the night with my ILs and have dinner.  Turns out my MIL invited 30+ people for a party!  So we are spending NY with ILs and their friends.  To make me feel like an even bigger loser my sister called to tell me that the party will be the mother of one of her friends. 

Her house isn't huge and the room where DD sleeps is close to all of the action- I hope she doesn't wake up!

So basically I am feeling like a loser because I have no friends to spend the night with.  All I wanted to do was spend the night with my husband and baby but instead I am going to a party with 30+ 50-60 year olds who are going to be trying to figure out why we are with them.  Let the judgements begin.....
