How EARLY do babies' eye color change?

I am finding lots of articles saying how late babies' eye color changes but not how early the change can start?

DS is very fair skinned and has grey/blue eyes which look pretty cool.  DH and I are suprised they are still blue (and that they even started out blue) as DH is hispanic and I'm half Filipino.

I think it can happen anytime up to age one or two.

My Ds and his cousin were born a day apart. Both had blue eyes when they were born. Hers started to go brown within a month or so and DS are still very much blue.

By 2 months old my first daughters eyes had turned form that newborn grey/blue to very dark brown

With my boys they changed by 3 months to brown.
