can we give albuterol before the 4 hr window is up? will it possibly make him more awake, since it's a steroid?

never dealt with rsv but....i used to work in a daycare and we had to give one of the babies albuterol, in a nebulizer every day (and another baby had to get one for a short period).  it didn't seem to wake them up.  we would actually give it them while they were sleeping.  it was soo much easier
