I got a free sample of them and I absolutely loved them!! But I am too chicken to switch, it freaks me out on my heavy days because they're sooo thin. I fear that there isn't enough there...

Without too much detail, there is no way anyone could bleed more than I am currently and not be hospitalized, and they seem to be holding up just fine. I bought the longer "overnight" Infinity pads for right now, when things are heavy, and they really are doing the trick.
