list of questions for dr visit?

My DH and I are trying to schedule a follow up appointment with my OBGYN after 6 months of TTC on our own. Originally she sent me on my way to try to do things naturally, but clearly that isn't the way things will go. So the follow up appointment will be to see where to go from here.

With all the wise women here TTC, I wanted to ask if there were questions or options I should discuss during the visit with my Dr? Likely there are things I wouldn't think of and wanted to make sure we make the best out of this appointment. On my list so far are: estrogen level check, testing for DH, clomid options....

 Any other tests to consider at this point?

I would ask for:

Day 3 fsh and estrogen level-critical to get this

Def a sperm anaylsis for dh-also critical

Possibly a luteal phase progesterone check to see if you are ovulating

If you want more aggressive treatment does she offer it or will she give you the name of a fert clinic/RE?

I went this route after my first 6 months post m/c.  My OB did the CD3 bloodwork and prescribed clomid.  After the first month of the clomid I decided to make an appt with an RE.
