Speaking of crazy IL gifts

Masons xmas/b.day gift arrived yesterday.  We knew they were sending him matchbox cars, not on our recommendation.   We open the box and there are atleast 200 still in package matchbox cars!  YOu have to be kidding me, what 3 year old needs this ridiculous amount of cars, especially when he has never been that intersted in them before!

200? What on earth would a 3 year old, or ANY kid for that matter need 200 matchbox cars for!?

200!? DD is really into matchbox cars but 200 is a bit excessive by anyone's standards I would think.

My thoughts exactly.  We let him pick 3 to open, then quickly put the rest back in the box.  We are thinking of ebaying them, then let Mason pick a toy with the earnings.

Holy cow!  He could have a new car every day for a year almost!  lol  You could get a ton of money on ebay for that many cars, especially if there aren't any duplicates!

ben has a ridiculous number of them but no where near 200.  you should sell them!
