What's going on with Peter's plumbing?  Did he pass that test?  I don't ever remember hearing about the results, but it seems like it was so long ago!

Ok, we haven't heard anything yet (which is VERY good news), but we're afraid to say he passed because we haven't gotten the official notice in the mail yet.  Don't forget this is the city of NY we're talking about... they're slow as sh!t.... as soon as I know, you guys will know
