What age for chore chart?

dd just turned 3.  I want her to start picking up her toys or atleast help, putting her dirty clothes in the basket, help make her bed (just toss the comforter up to make it look made), things like that.  Is this an ok age to start one. 

 If you have one what kind to you have and what are the chores they have to do?
