increasing supply?

what are some of the best ways to increase supply? I just pumped after a feeding and got like 1/4 oz... ugh! yesterday I pumped 1.5 oz after a feeding...

I'd really like to know the answer to these questions myself. I'm having the same issue and am not completely ready to give up just yet.

You can try taking Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle, and power pumping.  Check Jack Newman's Breastfeeding Site for info on both.

nurse nurse nurse. Nurse past the point of thinking you can't nurse any more. Also - be sure you're eating enough and drinking plenty of water.

That's my only advice.
