GROSS! (TMI.. baby poop mentioned)

Sooo.. yesterday at LUNCHTIME, Eve had black beans.. She really liked them..

I just changed her diaper now, more than 24 hours later.. and there were TONS of whole beans in her diaper. What were they doing hanging out in there all this time if not being digested?! She'd already pooped this morning, and no beans there.. 

ewewewew.. I had bought more beans to give her.. but maybe I'll skip them.

Isn't it crazy? Babies are like snakes, they swallow everything whole. I can NOT believe the things that "come out" whole. I have to giggle b/c some things like Shepherd's pie or stew look the same going in as coming out.

Oh yeah, that was a regular thing around here before Rosie got her molars.  She would poop out whole blueberries, peas, beans, carrots, you name it.  It makes you wonder whether they get any nutrition from food at all!

ha ha this post reminded me of the last time i was in maine with DH, he had bluberry pancakes for breakfast and later that day announced to me that blueberries- like corn- exit the same way they went in. we still laugh about this. i know total TMI.
