Pregnant after a Loss

Question about "to do" lists on days off....Anyone else?

Anyone else find that they are waaaaaay less productive when you only have one or two things that you need to get done?  I mean, if I had worked today I would come home and get busy to the laundry, making dinner, putting stuff away. However, I'm off this week and what have I done today?  Ummmm....I ran the dishwasher but haven't unloaded it.  I ate too much chocolate popcorn...Took a nap....That's about it. Anyone else find this too? Embarrassed

  • Yup. I need that extra pressure behind me to get me going. I have a load of laundry that needs done but the only thing I've done today is take the dog to the vet.

  • I totally agree. It is like when I know I have a ton of things to do I get in a mode and get everything and more done. If I only have a few things to get done I become lazy and make excuses. Funny how that works!

  • I was productive yesterday.. but today not so much.

Yesterday, my mom and I painted an accent wall in the nursery and tomorrow she will help make curtains while I am getting my hair done. LOVE my mom.

Today I washed the bedding (3 loads), cleaned the dishes, dusted the bedroom and started square 7 in my 12 square knitted blanket for LO. But I feel that I have surfed the net for most of the day.

Now I have to figure out dinner and run out for thread.

  • That's me in a nutshell. I'm off this week too, and so far I haven't done crap but eat, nap, fb, and bump. Never mind the fact that I have a hamper full of clothes staring me down. Good times.
