I woke up to a smiley face today.  I am a little excited and a little nervous.  This will be my last cycle before we sign on with the adoption agency at the end of January.  I'll keep using the opks and doing the deed when appropriate, but we'll be going full steam on the adoption track (I watch too much Thomas)
