I have the Medela Pump In Style Advanced and I loved it. I used it for a year with my DD!

I have the Medela PIS should bag. Loved it for DD and I'll be using it again. I didn't get mine until after DD was born b/c I wanted to wait and see what pump would be useful and how DD was doing w/ feeding, etc. but if you have an idea of what you want to do for feeding I say go for it and register for one.

I exclusively pumped with DD for almost 10 months.

I used the Ameda Purely Yours and it was wonderful.  It is also sold as the Lansinoh Double Electric Pump.  

The Ameda is the only pump where the milk doesn't enter the pump house, which means it remains more sanitary if you plan to store it and then use it for more than one child.
