I haven't read the details at all but omg we have a TON of Thomas trains from the ones we bought and from his cousin who was obsessed with Thomas for about 5 years.
I don't have any Thomas toys but I thought I remember this being an issue about a year ago and you were able to send your toys back? I could be wrong.
Also, apparently there is some kit you can buy that tests lead in paint. Not sure how accurate it is but could be worth getting to test out the toys you have. Sorry you are having this problem. It is so scary now with all of the lead paint, made in China issues etc.
I clicked on that link you included, but it doesn't give any details about the settlement or the lawsuit. It says it's a placeholder for a page that hasn't been constructed yet. I googled it and it looks like the settlement actually happened almost 2 years ago, according to this article from USA Today:

It does look like there's compensation for the toys but I didn't read further to find out if/when that expires.
