DS's CT scan is done!

We just left the hospital. DS did great! DH went in the room with him, only one parent was allowed and the nurse suggested he go because we are TTC. I sat in the waiting room a nervous wreck. The nurse said that they would try to do the test without putting DS to sleep. And thank goodness he was a good little boy. DH said that Ovi didn't even cry a bit. They swaddled him, wedged him in between two towels, put a towel over his head, and strapped him around the legs, arms and head. They left one of his arms free so DH could hold his hand. The nurse said that he test usually takes 25 mins. The scan only took 5 min. The nurse said he was the best scan she has ever seen! DS didn't have to be put to sleep and he seems happy. It will take 2-3 days for the results to be read and our Pedi to let us know them. Now I get to worry until the end of the week. At least the scary part is over and Ovi didn't have to be put to sleep. Thank you everyone for your thoughts, prayers and well wishes!
