FP Little Lamb Swing

Has anyone else had trouble with the motor?  We've had ours for three months and it crapped out on us yesterday :(.  Max still exclusively naps in it and sleeps in it at times.  He's getting bigger, but I think we might need it for a few more months.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Did you get it replaced?

    Did you replace the batteries?  Sorry if that's a stupid question - not trying to be snarky.  We have to replace ours fairly often because we use it so much.  Also, I've learned that, as DD gets bigger, I have to turn the dial further so that the motor works harder to move her weight.

    Yes, we replace the batteries every four days.  The motor is just not "swinging" with him in it or not.  The music and the mobile work.
