It is bizarre how strong cravings can be.  I always thought that was a myth, but it definitely is not.

I've done that a few times this pregnancy. For me it's a 10 or so minute drive to China town in Philly, but throw in a $4 bridge toll and parking and it becomes an expensive trip, but I don't care.  It's SO worth it!  Maybe I'll go tomorrow for lunch ... mmm, fresh rolls and pan fried noodles!

Oh, cravings are nothing to play with. I've driven 25 minutes, and then waited for 45 minutes, just to have a bowl of she-crab soup. It was soooo worth it!

Yep- cravings can be REALLY bad but when you finally get the right food... it's heaven!!

Wait a second.  First, I don't know what she-crab soup is...and second, someone just told me today that I wasn't allowed to have any shellfish.  Isn't crab a shellfish?  If shellfish is okay, bring on the crab cakes!
