My DS is probably 18 lb or so (was 17 lb 12 oz at his 4 month visit) and wears Pampers Swaddlers in size 2/3.  I guess he'd be a size 3.

DS is 17 lbs and we are just finishing up the last few 2 diapers. I will be buying size 3 this next time.

16lb 8 and pampers 2/3s. i didnt believe in the 2/3s until the 2s really were too small and size 3s were absolutely huge.

we just used our last size 1-2 tonight, and we're moving him to size 2s in the morning. i don't know how much he weighs now, but he was about 13 lbs at his 4 month appt.

13lbs or so and size 3 Kirkland and Huggies Overnights (1-2s are too small and we've never had a leak in the 3s).  We mostly use BG 3.0s during the day on the medium setting.
