Speaking of potty training -- gross story...

Our friends are potty training their daughter. They invited us over for dinner awhile back and we failed to notice that her "potty" was in the dining room. Halfway through dinner their daughter runs into the room, rips off all her clothes, sits down and starts trying to go #2 because she wants a treat (they give her a cookie when she uses the potty). Oh my gosh.... we didn't know whether to start laughing hysterically or start gagging.

Who knows what the heck we'll be doing when DS is finally ready to potty train (on that beautiful, beautiful day)... but I made a mental note to always double-check the "potty" placement when we have dinner guests.

Ewww.. they could have at least moved it while having guests over.

Although... I'm with you, I probably would have started laughing. For some reason, it's always funny when kids do gross stuff.
