Does your lo wear an eye patch?

DS has to wear an eyepatch to prevent a lazy eye, since he has strabismus (both of his eyes are misaligned). Lately, he WILL NOT keep the thing on. He either rubs at it until it comes off or just screams hysterically until I take it off. He's always rubbed at it, but now it's to the point where it is a huge struggle to even get it on him. He sees his Dr in a week, so I'll be able to get some advice then, but I was just wondering if anyone else is going through this.

    Poor baby.  :(  Lillian has an appt with her Pedi this afternoon for that reason.  I've been noticing it turn inward and I am terrified we will have to do something to correct it.  There has to be a better way.  Lord knows babies, much less adults, hate to wear eye patches.
