frozen BM

How do you tell if it has gone bad?  Is it normal to have a yellow layer?  I know that the milk settles and you have the cream on top, but I didn't know if there is another layer that settles when you unfreeze BM??

Yup, been there, done that.  How else can you be sure it hasn't gone bad?  And yes, the creamy stuff separates after being frozen then thawed.
