Baby-safe foam play mat?

Where can I find a baby-safe foam play mat?  All of the interlocking foam play mats at BRU are for ages 3 and up because they are a choking hazard.  Do any of you know where I can find a mat that doesn't have removable numbers and letters but just a foam mat?  TIA!

We have that mat...DD is fine with it...Good for her head!

We have the one from BRU.  DS would have to have a mouth the size of a cow's to get the smallest piece in it.

at target today I found step 2 foam mats on clearance for $15- there's 4 squares and they cover 15 sq feet..
