What should I do?

DS has had a cough and a runny nose for the past week. I would have taken him to the pedi sooner but it is not getting worse, boggies are clear, and he is not running a temp. He is acting fine other than the afore mentioned symptoms. Pedi is closed today. Should I ride it out another day or try the er just so he can get looked at by a dr.?

    i would wait until tomorrow, there isn't much they can do for him anyway.  especially if he's acting fine.

    According to the info you have provided, there is absolutely NO reason to go to the ER.  The ER is for emergencies.  Period.

    Just curious, WHY would you go to the ER?  What do you think a doctor could/would tell you?
