Have a distractable nurser?

I got a nursing necklace for X-mas, kind of like this:

It works wonders! LO has much less pull offs (you know the kind where they take the nipple with them to look around). He nurses and plays with the necklace. It is very cute.

As a bonus, when I am holding him he plays with it instead of pulling my hair.

I keep seeing them on Mamabargains but never get there in time. I tried making my own and it was a big fail. Is there somewhere else to get these?
