Preemie clothes?

Evelyn's weight is down to almost 5lbs. I put a newborn side snap shirt on her today and it looks like a nightgown (label said 5-8 lbs).

I would like to find some smaller clothes for her and Jack for the first 2-3 weeks or so. I think everything I have now is too big.

Any suggestions for web sites for smaller clothes? I just want a handful of sleepers.

Also, they use the Halo sleep sacks here (heavy flannel) and they keep the babies pretty darn warm. Did anyone use these when they got home? The ones we have are not as heavy.

Carter's had some preemie sleepers the last time I was in there.  They actually had lots of preemie stuff.

I had such a hard time with preemies, they were all too big or too small. Carters preemies are too short for my pint sized LO. I got a bunch of stuff from Burlington that were too big. I wish I knew a site for you to check out. My LO has outgrown most of the preemies and she came home 3 weeks ago at 4 lb 6 oz!

Just get WM stuff, they are going to grow out of the premie stuff in maybe four weeks and into NB stuff. Don't waste money on on boutique or expensive stuff. All our premie things are stained all to hell anyhow!

I agree with PP, I think Walmart is the way to go for preemie clothes.  They're cheap & cute, and they're not going to be in them for very long anyway so you don't need to worry about quality.
