Chicken and dumplings.  They're dh's favorite and a tradition to have on Christmas Eve (in his family).  I'm nervous.  I'm a feelin the pressure.

Mmmm, I love me some Chicken n Dumplins! My Aunt used to make the best kind! Since she's passed, I can't find anyone that makes them even half as good as she did.

You'll do fine and they'll taste great.  They're easier to make than most people realize.
