MIL and facebook

My MIL hounded me until I finally accepted her friend request. Now she comments on everything I do and it is super annoying. She always writes stuff about DH and it is so annoying.

Example: I posted a picture of DH and one of the staff members at the resort we went to. We loved this guy and he was a super nice guy. They have their arms around each other and I think DH is even picking him up LOL

I put a caption as something like "we love Teo" and others commented on how awesome he was. MIL writes this "Get that man off my son!"

I asked DH why she would write that and he grimaced and said "I dunno" so I deleted the comment. LOL

I can't write anything on his wall without her commenting on it either Confused

    ...sounds like she has "letting go" issues.

    You should block her from seeing different things like wall posts, pics, etc.  
    Not sure what direction we are headed. Either way, I am up for the ride.

    the only Family members that I have accepted as friends are my sis and my cousins.

    no aunts.  no parents.  no ILs.

    DH's cousin whom I have never met (and he hasn't seen in 35 years) sent me a friend request - WTH?!

    Ditto this. You can have her only view a limited profile. I do this for all older relatives (like aunts) because they would comment on everything too.

    I don't have any BOTB facebook friends, mainly because nobody ever asked. Embarrassed

    Thank you for this.  I love my MIL but ever since she discovered Facebook SHE WRITES ANNOYING COMMENTS IN ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME.
