Possible UTI?!

I have been having that mild cramping- mostly @ night so today I decided with the holidays and whatever to call my doc.  The nurse said I am drinking plenty of water so it's not that- but that is could be UTI.  I have only had 3 and all 3 times I had ZERO pain, which makes it much harder to detect.  So I will go to the lab after school and find out tomorrow am if I have one.  But then that might mean antibiotic, which I usually am anti!!
