Here we are happy golden days...... (ok I will stop singing)

Good Morning BellyBean's How is everyone? What is new? Have you got all your shopping done?

I have my first NON sleep night last night. I spent the whole night hot and uncomfortable and fighting my cats to stay OFF me so I could get one hour of normal sleep just to be awakened by BabyRed saying "ITS TIME TO PEE MOMMY!" (aka kicking/punching my bladder til I got up and went pee) Then I remember I told my mom I would be coming over to make cookies so I can't sleep till 11 like my plan was when it was 4 am and I still hadn't gotten more than a few mins sleep here and there. Well I am off to make cookies and other yummies at my mom's (and maybe a nap while they are baking)

QOTD- How are you spending your holidays this year? Me I have 5 Christmas "Parties" (they are all really family get to gathers but with a more party like feel) My mom Christmas morning, My Grandfather Christmas EVE, MY Dad the day after Christmas if he is no longer Contagious, My MIL Christmas Afternoon, My FIL when we get a chance (his words not mine). Wish me luck in being able to stay awake for all of these in the days to come.

The pain through my pelvis area and lower ab (sore hips) is CRAZY! Just achy bones and joints, I guess due to all the stretching. Avery has been moving like crazy and DH felt her for the first time a week and a half ago. He saw my belly move the other morning and yelled, "WOW, WHAT WAS THAT?!?!" I started laughing, saying, "THAT...is your daughter kicking!" Ha! He's so cute.

We are just going to stay at mom and dad's (where we are living right now while looking for a house to buy). It will be his first time away from family on Christmas. I feel guilty since we moved up here because I wanted to, but I keep telling myself we did it for our family. The crime rate down there was horrendous. It will be nice not to have to travel this year, though, and he has to work, which is why we are not traveling. I'll try and make it special for him, though.

I am really starting to feel bladder kicks and they are getting annoying already. I wish she would flip or something...

QOTD: Christmas Eve: Dinner at my house, everyone on both sides is invited. We will have around 20 I think. Christmas Day Lunch: My mom's side Christmas Day Dinner: DH's dad's side Day after Christmas: DH's mom's side Day after that: DH's mom's house (just siblings)

Whew. I am exhausted thinking about it!

All done with my Christmas shopping...but I had to go into Target yesterday because my Grandma is having a hard time getting out of bed and wanted to get something for my mom, so I told her I would stop by Target for her so she wouldn't have to get out of bed. It was CRAZY! All done though. It feels good to be done with everything! We just have to pack up the car and go. We are traveling to my parents house, which is near Yosemite...about 4 hours from us. It should be snowing and everything. We are also bringing our dog, which is a Great Dane, so it should be a pretty crazy car ride!

I'm doing pretty good. I really don't feel the baby move a lot, but I'm on Darvacet for my back issue (non-pg related). I have a swollen vertabrate that is connected to my rib cage. I'm going to go to PT to help so I can take less of the meds. My mom told me the meds are probably putting the baby to sleep.

As for my Christmas we are going to church Christmas Eve with family. Then Christmas Day we are going to Dan's family's and then to my grandma's which is only about 2 mins. away from his uncles house. Then the weekend we have several get togethers. I think by Monday I will be ready to just stay home.

Hi All!  DH is getting to feel her kick more and more- which is totally exciting for both of us!!  Since I'm on bed-rest, we're keeping it low key and staying in for Christmas and Christmas Eve. Some of our family members are coming by our house to visit though.  MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

Merry Christmas Belly Beans!

We're spending Christmas morning with some family at our house and then we fly out of state that afternoon and we'll spend the afternoon and the following week with other family. 

I'm not done my Christmas shopping.  I just have had the hardest time figuring out what to get my dad. And then I decided I should get my brother's girlfriend something small too, so I have to go out tomorrow. Oi.

Getting lots of sciatic nerve pain lately but otherwise all is going well. The little guy is moving around a bit more.

Shopping is all done...I just have to finish wrapping a few things!

My Christmas will be as follows (ong my birthday) christmas eve my DH and DD and I will spend the day together and go to 10 pm mass come home open one gift, set out the cookies and milk and go to bed.  Then Christmas my parents, some friends and DH's mom and husband are coming over and I am cooking... we will see how the cooking part comes out.

I an update.... we are team PINK!  Due date is still the same and baby looks good!  She has been giving me some sciatic nerve issues when I go to bed at night and continual peeing....  we are pretty set on the name Amelia and are working on the middle name!
