Hi all! Another rough week for me ? I didn?t get to work out at all, unless you count shoveling the 18 inches of snow that we got, pulling three little kids around on sleds and making a massive snowman. So, I?m holding at 149 this week. My goals are remaining relatively the same - the water thing is really helping to get me to drink more and fill me up before I eat. Also, I have like 5 minutes to write this and I didn?t get a chance to find a recipe, so I?ll have another one next week! Good luck this week!
My goals for this week are:
My current weight: 149 My goal weight: 125 Pounds to go: 24
My weight loss goal for this week: 2 pounds
Exercise goal for this week: Walk outside or on treadmill twice, do exercise video twice
Dietary goal: Drink a glass of water before every meal.
Motivational tip: Do my best to skip the appetizers & desserts at parties this week.
Discussion topic: How do you resist ?bad? eating when you are eating out?
This is really tough for me ? I don?t get to eat out that often, so when I do, I tend to overdo it. We do order in at least once a week, so while I try to order a salad or something more healthy, I usually end up snacking on the kids? fries or having a piece of pizza.
Re: Weigh-in Wednesday
Hi! It was a tough one for me too and my wieght stayed the same - PMS and my little sister's 30th b-day party at me house so that included stress eating, PMS eating, wine!, and my mom brought a giant tub of Johnson's carmel popcorn form Ocean City. I made a very serious dent in it that I instantly regretted.
Regarding eating out - we do not do that much anymore but that makes it worse b/c when we do or if we order out it feels like a "treat" and I usually go overboard :-(
This week I keep telling myself that as soon as Christmas is over I will start eating well/exercising again. But this is the mentality that I have had for months!
I will add a recipe...here is a weight watchers chicken recipe that I have made a few times before and I thought it was good. I will link to it here:
