I have received UPS packages on Christmas Day before, so I would think so.

Yes they are. I checked when I was mailing stuff out last week.

Yes.  They asked if our office will be open because they will be delivering that day.

Yes! My Dad worked for UPS for 35+ years in coporate and I remember going with him on xmas eve and xmas day to deliver packages. I'd be in my little Christmas dress and he would be in his suit and we both would don brown UPS hats )

Thanks, girls!  Trying to figure out how/when I'm going to get peoples' photos to them for Christmas.

They missed my deadline, but yet I am still worrying about this. Annoying.
