speaking of growth charts

Does anyone have one that would work for a preemie girl in Excel? I have one from the standard CDC averages, but I'd like one that adjusts for her prematurity. If no one has one, I'll have to figure out how to make it myself, which will take forever lol

I always just plotted at his adjusted age and went with that.

I don't have anything in excel, but the CDC has them all in pdfs.

I wish I could just change what's set up in the chart I have now, but it's locked. I want the software the pedi's office has, they can just push a button to switch between her actual and her adjusted charts.

Sort of, though it's really depressing to see she's off the charts even adjusted I hate that. Silly peanut needs to grow.
