NT Scan- Update & PIP

I was so nervous that I gave myself an upset stomach & I was actually in the bathroom when they called my name. The NT Scan went great... By LMP is should be 11w4d and he is measuring at 12w4d. His HR was 168. He was the cutest thing I've seen in my entire life! When we first saw him he was standing upside down, then rubbing his nose, maybe sucking his thumb, wiggling all over the place. It was amazing and this is probably the best day in my life so far! He looks like a baby now, with his little profile and nose! 

As far as everything went fine today we were ready to tell people. So, we are sending a christmas card to Ryan's folks today to let them know. I've been walking around with my pants unbuttoned (I can button them they are just super uncomfortable) refusing to buy stretchy pants until I knew how things were going. So, now I'm ready to buy early maternity clothing. I just feel like it's finally becoming real. Thanks for all the T&P!

    Congrats on a great scan! 

    Also, check out the BeBand at Target if you're not ready to buy maternity clothes yet.  It's been a lifesaver for me!

    I was just curious because I have my Thursday and I will be like 14 weeks. I cannot WAIT to see my baby... and of course to find out if the baby is a boy or girl.

    No, I wish. I did the needle/pendulum trick. It was correct for my angel baby and have a strong feeling it about this one as well. I wanted a girl, to be to honest and would be stoked if I'm wrong... but the needle doesn't lie!

    Oh and Cruz - I had mine at 14 weeks and got nothing : (
