Where can I find those big gift bags for things like bikes?

My dad got my mom an executive chair for her computer desk.  It was order from Walmart shipped site to store.  The box was in crappy shape so we put it together for my dad.  Now I just need to find one of those bags to put the chair but I cant find them.

Are they sold out or am I looking in the wrong place or store?  I've looked in Walmart & Target.
