Apparently one of the first things I said after my emergency c/s (I was pretty out of it...16 hours of labor and had been up for 24 hours) was, "Good thing I didn't waste my time on kegels".  LOL.  That said, I don't think they are a waste of time!  I was just terrible at remembering to do them.
