I'm beginning to hate BRU

So many of the items I registered for are "temporarily out of stock." Grrrrr. My shower is in mid-January, so hopefully they will replenish their stock after the holidays.

I was noticing that when looking at things online - i think that after the holidays (the week after is my guess) things will come back in. good luck!

Just warning you..you may have to register for other things. My shower was in late January of last year and a lot of the things on my registries ( I also registered at Target) went on clearance after the holiday. The good news is the new stock had several things that I ended up liking better.

A lot of patterns get phased out during the end of the year and the new ones come in January.  I wouldn't be surprised if many don't come back in stock.

i looked at mine online and it shows everything in pink, although we scanned them in blue..

Yeah, they warned me about this when I set up the registry, but said that the new designs come out after December 1st.

Yep me too, it sucks. I also noticed when we registered, 90% of things came up as "almost out of stock" or something similar, which is annoying. Why is everything so low in stock? And it gets SO frustrating when you search a category, and ALL options are out of stock!!

Here's to hoping things get better- my shower is Jan 16th!

BRU is like the McDonald's of baby stores. They seem to be everywhere, and everbody and their dog shops there. No idea why. Our local store is pretty run-of-the-mill. Not very inspiring, and of course, everything is made in China.

 Wouldn't it be nice to walk into a baby store (or any store) that has fabulous displays, quality made in America/Canada goods and a staff that truly cared? Or am I dreaming?

I was never a fan of BRU. I would have much rather registered at Buy Buy Baby, but the closest one is an hour away and not convenient for our friends and family to get to. Oh well.
