Late 2nd Tri-ers...

Anyone else feel like the board has totally "turned over" at this point?  I dunno - just seems like a totally different vibe, different group.

i feel the same exact way...i have been lurking more on the 3rd tri boards because i feel like i relate more...until they start talking about contractions.  there should be an inbetween board!

Its funny because I remember when I first went to 2nd tri and felt like everyone was so far ahead of me I didn't start commenting until halfway through. Now I feel the same again. Too early for 3rd try, but wanting to move up in some way. Definitely need an in between.

It's a lot of early 2nd tri-ers posting now and most of them are all P&R. Blah.... I have barely been on at all this week and I dont feel like I missed anything.

I would love a 2.5 board or something like that. The in-between phases are always a little tough since it's still hard to relate to the boards and the ladies who have been there for a while.

Totally agree! Third tri board scares me, I don't know if I'm ready for birth stories and the panic to set in regarding labor!!

I agree as well!  My big u/s seems so long ago, but I still see so many big u/s posts.  And still some m/s posts!  All of the regulars that I've come to know have all moved up already.  But it won't be long until I am there, too!

This! You know you are ready to move on when the big U/S seems like old news.  I sort of can't believe how fast it's going, but at the same time so much has happened in the past two months.

Lurking.. lol but I miss 2nd Tri. I agree that we need a 2 and half board or something. I'm not ready to talk about labor but way over m/s and the big u/s. haha

Sooooooo bored with this board. It's like being a big kid at a little kid's birthday party. Been there, done that.... Maybe we should all hop onto our birth month boards.

Even though I'm only 21 weeks, I agree.  I think there needs to be a 2-3 tri board... for the late 2nd tri and the early 3rd.  No morning sickness and big ultrasounds and no inductions and labor

I've been feeling this way a lot lately.  I still don't feel ready for 3rd tri-they're having babies over there!   But I'm pretty bored over here.

The same happened near the end of 1st tri I think though, your concerns are different than the majority of the board and it makes it harder to relate to some. Plus we're used to our dynamic group of ladies and the majority of them are now on 3rd tri and I feel like I'm inbetween two groups, 3rd tri is full of most of the ladies I know and 2nd tri is full of women I don't know! Only two more weeks and I move over! Can't wait!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt the same way when I was in late first tri - ugh! Come to the April 2010 Mom board - a lot of us are finding our way there. It's safe!

Ditto this.  I'll be moving up next week and I've started lurking on 3rd tri now to get a feel for the board.

I definately wish I could jump ship right now. I get really tired of the big u/s posts, and posts about showers. I wonna move onto the real stuff like contractions, and everything else. I guess I kind of have this been there done that attitude....lol.

I've been lurking a lot over on 3rd Tri, 2nd Tri isn't the same anymore.  I think a lot of the regulars have moved over.
