colace & metamucil

I asked my midwife yesterday if it was okay to take both but I forgot to ask her if it was okay to take both daily.  Right now Im taking 2 metamucil & 1 colace a day as the pharmacist told me....just double checking before I can call her.

thats fine.. my dr did recommend me to do this...

Not sure about the metamucil, but my midwife said I could take up to 2 colace pills a day if needed.

yup, both daily is fine, I also started taking magnesium to help with that issue and it helps far more then either of those did!

Yes I take both daily!  3 metamucil pills and 1-2 colace depending on the situation
