Ladies I know this is totally gross but I am kind of freaking out! I think I might have hemorrhoids?  I noticed a little blood in the toilet just now after using the bathroom and I am a little swollen.  But none of it is around my female parts which I know would mean preterm labor or something to do with the baby.  Does anyone else have hemorrhoids? Should I call me doctor?

I have never had them before but I swear I was about to get some today...I had to push so hard earlier I thought I was going to pass out HaHa...ok Smith shut up now
