We went today to pick up a few things. We got in there, made it to the grocery section. Bella pees on herself. She never has accidents, so I had no clothes. She was in a dress/tights, so I just bought her some new panties and a pair of socks and made her wear it like that (with boots). I had to find someone to clean up the giant pee puddle.
Go back to the grocery. Maile throws her (glass) bottle down, breaking it and spilling 8 oz milk on the floor (1/2 BM). We have used these for a couple of months and have never broken one, despite being dropped all the time. This is the reminder to keep the protective sleeve on them in public. We had to find someone to clean THAT mess up.
Finally, back to the grocery. We finally got something in our cart at least, when Maile grabbed my coffee and threw it to the ground. I found someone to clean THAT and left.
It was one of those moments that made it seem like we needed to go back to bed, get up, and try again.
Re: So, I don't think I'm ever allowed in Meijer again
When we got there, it was freezing, and there were no carts inside. As I start heading out to find one outside, this man came running, asked me to watch his cart, and went outside to get me a cart. That nice act of kindness got me through it
I was honestly in tears, though. We haven't had that many disasters in one trip in so long...reminded me of the early days with 3

Ha! Lately they're in bed at 7. The older 2 never nap, but Ethan fell asleep at 3:30, and is still sleeping (it's 5:50 here). Late night ahead, and we're leaving early tomorrow for my nephew's birthday party OOT. One of THOSE days.
