New Years Eve Reveal?

We're finding out the gender on the 30th and will be ringing in the new year with family and friends.  We're thinking of doing the big reveal right after midnight.  I'm trying to think of a way to tell everyone at the same time in a crafty way.  I know if its a girl we can get pink champagne, but what if its a boy??  Any suggestions?

Eggnog with either pink or blue food coloring added? We are doing this for Christmas.

Why not get Pop Champagne?  They come in little single serving bottles (and cans) but they have pink in a hot pink bottle and their regular is in a royal blue bottle.  There's a pic in the link below...

ETA:  The cans are made by Sofia, those are also very yummy but only come in hot pink cans...  The bottles are made by Pommery.

OR...  You could go to a wedding favor site and create cute labels for either single serving bottles or large regular champagne bottles.
